LYNX 'MIND OUT' FEATURING DREAD MC - DETAIL RECORDINGS

Lynx contacted me regarding the sleeve design for ‘Mind Out’ and asked me to do a couple of concepts for him. I had no real design leads on this one, apart from a copy of the track to listen to. The track has a real tribal feel to it, with explosive bass and Dread MC throwing some lyrics down. The artwork is a direct reflection of what was going around in my head while listening to the track - tribal patterns, breaking glass/shards and a character with dreads flying off the page. The track wasn’t released on vinyl in the end, just digital formats, but it’s always nice to have back up artwork for print for the future.
